You guys I am so bored and have like two and a half hours until I can sleep because I can't change my sleep schedule even if it is to go to bed earlier than usual and also feel like rambling, so to that end...

Taking David home to the 'rents, how would that go?

UM. Well, since the last time Anole saw them was when he tried to kill his dad due to aforementioned PTSD probably not very well for reasons entirely not David's fault.

BUT. Not taking that into consideration, it would probably be okay! Anole's parents are perfectly accepting and I am playing it that he did come out to them on Parent's Day way back when, so they know and are okay with it, and David is v. diplomatic so, it would be sweet. His mother would probably treat David like one of her own kids and she is a short plump old Polish lady so I picture her, like, sitting him down and telling him he needs to eat more before setting a huge plate of food down in front of him, etc.

So, you think Magneto knows about Wanda and Pietro's ~special relationship~?

Ultimate Magneto? Yeah. When he shoots off Pietro's kneecaps he tells Wanda that her punishment is to watch. And all of the Ultimates (... except Captain America because HE DOES NOT COMPREHEND!!1) know. And Pym's stupid robot knows.

BUT FOR SERIOUS.

Anole hates the arm and really hopes that the other one never gets cut off. For one thing, it's already hard enough to find shirts that fit.

But on a more serious note, it's just a reminder for him that all he's good for, as an X-Man is to fight, kill, and die. The claws sort of just make him think that he's nothing but a weapon and so he is REALLY QUITE FOND INDEED of his normal arm and is doing more and more things with his left hand instead of his right.

I'mma ask for a relationship, I think. Laura and Anole?

SHE LIKES HIM OKAYLY. He's part of the young cannon fodder of xavier's institute too and yadda yadda. She isn't as close to him as some other people, course, but in Camp closer than she would be in canon. She doesn't. . . get him. But she is trying to understand a bit better. And yes, she does feel a little positive when they "bond" . . .

It is similar! Much closer in Camp than in canon, and he is kind of surprised by that. He always considered Laura a friend, but in that way that he kind of considers everyone of the same age group at Xavier's a friend, like "oh yeah, that's Laura, she's not actively trying to kill me so yeah I guess we're friends"

But he is glad that they are "bonding" except for when "bonding" means "let me cut off your arm"

Seriously, Laura. Don't you know that no means no?
