He'd be annoyed and sarcastic and possibly tell her some of the ridiculously horrible things that have happened in canon in a nonchalant kind of way to get her to back off.

Short version: NOT WELL.

Longer version: REALLY FUCKING BADLY. But he does his absolute best to hide it because that's how Victor Is. He basically regards himself as a monster at this point. Cinna making him new shirts helped a bit, actually, because he looks almost normal in them instead of giant and claw-y and scary.
